The following Breastfeeding Care Plans are all Lactation consultant Approved.
If you have seen a lactation consultant in the Gisborne/ Tairawhiti area you may have been advised to follow one of our breastfeeding care plans which you will be able to download for free from the list below.
If you are not one our mums, you are welcome to use any of the breastfeeding care plans. However, please be advised that our care plans do not replace the information or plans you have been provided by your health care professional. If you are struggling with breastfeeding and have reached the point where you are searching for a breastfeeding care plan, you should probably seek advice from and IBCLC, (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).
